QUASAR (earlier costume):
A modified Corsair head on a modified Adam Warlock body, with a trimmed down Martian Manhunter Cape. The belt was sanded down and new ovals added to be more on-model and more nubs were added to the wristlets. The boots are a combination of toothpaste tube and Miliput.
