SHIVER MAN: We used an Edward Scissorhands body as a base, but cut out sections of leg and torso to shorten it. Then we added Gambit's arms and coat, a Samurai Iron Man head with a Zorro hat and drilled out the eyes to accept red optic lucite rods that glow. Shiver Man is one of those minor characters that is just so creepy you just can't help but like him.
